* DVD is unopened
*The DVD is physically defective.
*The DVD is not operational.
A return must be requested within 2 weeks from the date that you received the DVD. If DVD is defective a replacement will be sent out free of charge. Other returns will be refunded once we receive back the product.
If requested after 2 weeks, we reserve the right to refuse a return. Any other reasons than those listed above will not receive refund.

Unopened disks can be returned for refund. However an opened disk can only be exchanged.
