NIKKI GLAZER

Nikki Glazer has more than 10 years experience as a certified fitness expert. Nikki provides optimal results for the beginner or the most experienced fitness client. By incorporating cardiovascular exercises, weights and circuit training, Nikki shows you how to isolate and tone your muscles without momentum through resisting against our own body weight. We have created a low impact routine to tone and shape your entire body that is fun and effective.

RONIT AMAYA

Ronit Amaya is a certified personal trainer with ten years of experience in the health and fitness field. She is an affiliate of the National Academy of sports Medicine. Ronit has also performed as a professional dancer since she was four years old, touring many amazing places all over the world. She has also worked as a strength and training coach.

HEATHER GERRELL

Heather Garrell possesses a strong teaching background in fitness and Yoga. She also has a BA in Psychology. Heather has trained with Shiva Rea at Sacred Movement and studied with Swami Kumananda in Rishikesh India. Her other experiences include: pole dancing instructor, Poi Spinning instructor, Physical therapist, Private Yoga instructor, swim instructor and Behavioral therapist.

DAVID STAMPS

David Stamps is a certified AFFA and NETA fitness instructor with an educational background in kinesiology (Science of the human body with respect to movement.) He has over 10 years of experience in teaching and development of various fitness and workout routines.
